Safety is our priority and we strive to take all reasonable precautions to minimise any risk of accident or mishap for our students, parents and teachers.

I choose to enrol my child in classes, performances , workshops and other activities with Little Luvvies Ltd of my own free will and certify that they are in proper physical condition to take part in such activities.

 

If I have questions as to whether any of the activities are suitable for my child to pursue I will consult a health care provider or appropriate professional.

 

If my child has any existing medical conditions that Little Luvvies Ltd should be aware of I will inform Little Luvvies Ltd as requested on my child’s registration form before they take part in any activity.

 

By registering my child to take part in any activity provided by Little Luvvies Ltd I release Little Luvvies Ltd and their directors, owners, students, teachers, staff, employees, volunteers and associates from any liability or claim that myself or my child may have against Little Luvvies Ltd with respect to any bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death or property loss or damage that may result from participating in Little Luvvies Ltd activities.

 

I voluntarily release and forever discharge and hold harmless Little Luvvies Ltd from any and all claims or demands for damages, loss of services, costs and expenses, injuries, legal fees, and any other call for reparation from any and all injury to myself, my child or my property arising in any way from our participation in Little Luvvies Ltd’s activities.
